We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to buy needs a routine service. The covered service plan consists of basic cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machinery is fixed within the equal of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a specialist offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out fee will be requested. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation. costs to your premises including accommodation if essential, are on your account, accompanying the call-out charge. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be done by you. The current amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our premises including your place, should you choose for us to travel to you.Beneficially enquire about call out as well as traveling costs in advance as those charges may vary extent by time without notice. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would choose to find out whether the appliance is fitted to function optically, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no fees for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our specialist whether an back-up or further assistance or service parts restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Bookings must be made for improvements or excessive labour work to be practised at your/our quickest availability as no repairs or any such labour services will be completed during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.

For this reason your machinery's assurance report and maintenance history will evermore be able to be checked in any form and at any time on our database or offline. Our machines assurance and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate convenience on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
