For this reason aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. The concealed service plan consists of common cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as common ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machinery within the recommended service period, it is vital that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to any instant a technician supplies a service at your place. Lest approved by management or concealed by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be charged. One specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would like for us to travel to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your establishment.Generously seek an answer about call out including travel costs ahead of time as those fees may vary instant by instant without notice. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, or if you want to find out if the appliance is adjusted to work optically. There is no fees for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to recommend if everything is normal or if an alternative or other assistance or spare reinstatement is needed. During preservation visits no improvements or excessive labour work will be carried out and bookings can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.

Our machinery's assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate advantage on both the maintenance and resell of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time.
