We entitle the power to modify, abolish or boost slight attribute while preserve the major qualities and specifications. You are welcome to petition a index of attributes ahead of time.

Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, including any subsystem, we only supply confined quality guarantee except stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship along with defective equipment defects are covered by the feature guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a regular service. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as general depletion replacement at a minimum cost. It is necessary that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, elseways your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you must get your machine improved within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place and accommodation if crucial, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. If you would choose for us to come to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our place as well as your establishment.Those costs may vary point by time without notice, so attentively inquire about call out and transport costs ahead of time. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you just want our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment or want to know if the machinery is fitted to work optically, our service plan is here for you. No fees will be implemented for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our specialist if an back-up or additional assistance or spare restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Sadly, no reconstruction or excessive labour operate will be practised during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
