Quality Warranty: We provide restricted attribute warranty on any subsystem except stated any other way, including on the entire machine. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Service Plan: The machinery you are going to obtain compels a regular service. The included service plan contains common cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as common decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each extent a specialist offers a service at your place. Except for when per-approved by the company or concealed by each of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you would like to find out if the machine is set to operate optically. No costs will apply for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our specialist whether an different or additional servicing or spare parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is normal. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or intense labour operate will be done during a sustainment visit, but a reservation should made for this to be done at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Barcode System: A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. You will accordingly always be able to review the machinery's assurance report and maintenance history on our database or offline - in any way and at any moment. Our machines assurance and service are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximum convenience are ensured on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. We honour our machines' warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.
